"Failing to plan is planning to fail." 1

A project schedule is created at the beginning of each install outlining the important milestones. Everyone understands the obvious need for planning. The Simple Smart project schedule is where we communicate the understanding of the installation process and duration requirements. Manpower and resources are scheduled from a predecessor and scope analysis. There are many factors that affect our schedule such as material procurement, progress payments, and job site readiness. From our many years of experience, we can tell you the plan is guaranteed to change in some way. Our strategy will help maintain your plan.

Preparation is everything.

A great deal of installation success is due to the Simple Smart preparation process. All systems are confirmed and shop tested in-house. Along with our research and development team, we confirm what has been ordered accurate, received in full, and loaded with the latest firmware. Our rack fabrications and functionality control teams are the first line of checks and balances for engineered systems prior to delivery. We invite our clients to check out progress and initial GUI demonstrations. Some things just make more sense when you touch and feel them. By fabricating the AV racks in-house, it minimizes the installation window on site. Surely not everything can be tested prior to the field, but every bit helps.

Clean installations.
We take pride in being the neatest trade on every project. The Simple Smart managerial and technical staff will oversee the entire installation to emulate design intent and ensure quality control. Our foreman and commissioning team leaders are highly trained professionals with many installs of experience.  Weekly status reports will provide progress pictures and flag any focus needed from team members. The installation is the most straight forward part of the process and it's success and timing directly correlates to the direction of the design and construction teams. Seventy-five percent of the system is installed during the last two months of the project.  Once the hardware is 100% installed, the light is at the end of the tunnel.

Don't be surprised, be excited.

Simple Smart control system programmers support our field teams remotely. There may be a small team onsite during the testing phase, however a large commissioning team is on standby during the final stages of the installation. The reality is, most trades install their product line and walk away. Our scope is only halfway complete after all hardware is installed and the network goes live. Everything comes together during the last month of programming. Simple Smart engineers document the final calibration and room balancing tests. Programming quality control specialists conduct privacy and security tests to ensure system protocol is secure.  Final as-built documentation will be prepared after end user training. Our white glove and sales team will ensure the most practical and easiest solutions are provided. This pair of fresh eyes is one of the last Simple Smart provisions before turning over a seamless installation. Welcome to the easy living experience.
